I’m posting here because I’m really concerned about an ongoing issue with Flipkart delivery agents. This is the third time I’ve encountered rude and aggressive behavior from their delivery staff. On one occasion, a delivery guy tried to intimidate me by saying he lives just behind my house, and he even used foul language in the local dialect. His tone was clearly threatening.What worries me more is that sometimes my sister is home alone and has to receive deliveries herself. She also feels unsafe and intimidated by their behavior.
Despite escalating the issue multiple times to Flipkart customer service, no real action has been taken. I’m genuinely worried about our safety and would like to know what legal steps I can take in this situation. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

April 8, 2025 at 12:16 amHonestly, it’s not Flipkart’s fault as they are not their personal delivery agents. Nor would they be aware of their conduct. You should complain to the courier company for the horrible behaviour of their delivery boys and tell them that you will be filing a police complaint against the courier company if the aforesaid isn’t taken care of.
