I have asked for some answer sheets of college under the Ministry of Education, a government-funded technical institute, **एनआईएएमटी रांची**, in the 8th semester through RTI, but the college doesn’t want to provide them. I had supples in them.

I am not a lawyer, but I have filed a complaint with CIC and don’t know when the response will come. One response came, and this is what they told me. I will attach the reply in the comments with rti details.

I may not have legal expertise, but based on my qualifications, I believe i have the right to access their evaluated answer sheets for transparency and fairness.

Yes, you absolutely have the *right to access your evaluated answer sheets* under the RTI Act—as confirmed by Supreme Court rulings (CBSE v. Aditya Bandopadhyay, 2011). Denial by a government-funded technical institute is *not valid* unless they cite a specific RTI exemption.

Since you’ve already approached the CIC, keep track of the appeal via their [official portal](https://cic.gov.in/). If delays continue or you need support drafting a strong follow-up, you can safely escalate with a detailed second appeal or legal notice.

Feel free to explore [**RTIwala’s Online RTI**]() or [**First Appeal & Follow-up Services**]() if you need professional help pushing this through effectively.
