Residential plot turned into dumping ground | Need help

The plot is located across the road beside my house, local Nagarsevak has ordered all the
trash collected in my area to be dumped in that empty plot. We have called him multiple times
but he keeps saying they are looking for somewhere else to dump it.

This is a busy area but no one seems to care about it, the plastics scatter all over the place with the wind
and it smells bad. A lot of times trash is burned in the same place by Municipal workers. The funny thing is
brother of the Nagarsevak lives beside that plot.

Is there anything I can do about this situation as a common citizen or do I just ignore it like everyone else
and hope he loses election ?

Also, what is the legality if I put up a “Swatcch Bharat” banner on my wall right in front of the trash
to embarrass him, since he’s from BJP. Will it backfire ?

I would suggest, put a wall with your name and banner indicating “This is a private property”

and do not put trash and donot trespass

The thing is that is not my property, it’s an empty plot owned by someone else.

Talk to him/her and suggest the same thing.

Suggest, that the property is getting defaced/devalued because of all the garbage.

If i was you, i would hire a truck and get it cleaned.
