He is a professional rti activist and he has made this a profession of filing RTI and then based on the rti and filing complaints he tries to extort money on trivial issues . Before any inspection based on rti report he has a team of small media persons who escalate the matter to media and then damage the image and reputation and in a way trying to tamper with investigation and then extorting money .

There is a mechanism to blacklist for RTI also, refer to the same.
