CSo they’re parking at my house from August 2024 which was completely illegal and after saying so many times with politeness to not park they reversely blaming me that you are cruel and toxic Also jealous that we parking here also they’re saying that this is the public property and no one have the authority to deny us and after ton of controversial debates they’re blaming me that you are not generous, kind, you have no gratitude also they’re bitching with others about me and my whole family and the things they’re completely Spreading misinformations, rumours, and baseless things so after All of this yesterday I threw My dirty water of commode to theirs vehicles so the water got away with absorption of hit but the stain remains so for that little stains they’re openly threating me also they shouting “jayla bar aay, jayla bar aay”, but I didn’t get out of my house and locked my house front and back gate so they cannot enter in my house but now the real problem is that they are giving me threats that, “whenever you came out of your house we beats you, you’re not gonna live your entire life in the house”.
So my question is what to do now FIR? Filling court case? Or what to do?
I’m literally scared from those people’s Also I’m living in my owned house from 1984 and they’re new comers in society one of them is owned house and one was living in rental house so what to do now??
TLDR:- 2 neighbours parking at my house from August 24 and after throwing dirty water on theirs vehicles they threating me.

From the looks of it this seems like the space in front of your house that you’re calling “my parking” ?
I understand that principally you should be parking your vehicles there. But to stop other people from parking there you can have more reasonable solutions like parking your two wheeler there, parking a second/third/fourth hand in absolute scrap-able condition two wheeler which will cost you 8-10k
Or you can out planters there
You can cover the space with plastic traffic cones
By damaging their vehicle they are in a position take you to the cops and also arguably slap you around a little and still days their ass from the cops because YOU initiated damage to their car.

CSo that’s mean I’m in fault in my own parking of my own house cause I am not parking there because I have a indor parking facility so why I have to park outside of the house but It’s not meant that that space is not under my house or they have to park infront of my house cause there are free space there

If they are blocking your entry gate (using which your car will reach indoor parking), they are at fault.
If they are parking infront of your house(on public road) without blocking your car entry gate, you are at fault.

Pwell im facing da same problem but its not dis serious but i wanna ask dat i park my 2 wheeler outside my home and sum car guy comes and moves it forward and then park his car …… how do i deal wid dis ?

SGet a No Parking board in the deisgn of the police – like that blue and red combo across the diagonal.
File a police complaint that they purposefully damaged your vehicles.

If they are blocking your car entry gate, do not agree.
But CCTV cameras and get them to point at the places where they park (do not let it point into other peoples house) and also your house gate.If they try to harm you, you have the perfect recipe to file a police complaint against them.
Also when they threaten you, try to get it video recorded by someone else. It may help you in proving your case. (Make 100’s of backups of those videos and keep it in multiple accounts online so that if your phone is lost, you proof does not disappear)

HBro, you did invite trouble. In India, people legit think the public road in front of their house belongs to them. As long as someone isn’t blocking your gate, technically, it’s not illegal. Yeah, it’s annoying, but throwing dirty water on their cars? That’s wild. Of course they’re going to react. You should’ve gone the legal route instead. Now that they’re threatening you, file an FIR immediately. Don’t take the law in your own hands again, it just makes things worse for you.

SIn gujarat people dont complain about parking they just break windshield or puncture take out tyres has happened with my wife they inserted bolt inside tyre and we had to get tyre replaced .
Gujarat is a dangerous place even though it is a dry state and most people are vegetarian still they drive like maniac with no traffic sense dont talk about the road rage.
I keep hearing news people killing each other for parking woes and breaking and sending to hospital. So you should not take threat lightly.
You can call police if they beat you just have the recording done install cctv if that belong to ur parking area , i dont think public parking is worth risking ur life and peace , think about moving from the place where u have made enemies

P1. You can deny parking if
1a. You own the space & have it registered.
1b. You don’t own it but it blocks your entry/exitFor both of the above, you can talk to the society, the municipality or call the police.
2. you can’t do anything if it’s owned by
2a. The society (common space for residents)
2b. Govt (a public road – not the dusty side of the road, the actual road)For 2a. You can talk to the society, pay a price & reserve it for yourself or officially register & but that space.
For 2b. You can file a request with local municipality to designate that space as ‘no parking’ but then even you can’t park there officially. In case they park there you can call the municipality to tow away the vehicle.
Simplest solution is for you to keep your vehicle there for a few days till they find something else. If they park it outside, just tell them please remove it I want to park my car outside.

BYou’ll end up paying more for lawyers than you will gain from having these two people stop parking in front of your house.
The expensive option is to get an injunction order.
The cheaper option is to get big potted plants and keep them outside your house, making it impossible for them to park without blocking the road.
