Sangeetha mobile violating section 89 of CPA? also its a scum of a company.

I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to write this but its gadget related.

So i ordered a phone from the website on 31st Jan, they promise 72 hours delivery, whatever, i dont mind a bit of delay but as of now they still haven’t send the product and the blue dart tracking says “on hold for paperwork” which is basically bullshit. Int this literally violating section 89 of CPA? Customer service is also shit, very polite so they lull you into a sense of security but again its bullshit. Has anyone faced issue with them? and how did u resolve it? i wish i had done more research before ordering from this scam.

Please say that you paid with credit card, if yes, cancel the order, wait for refund time, if they don’t, file a chargeback… And puchase it through offline/other sources…

It’s just a local shop which got big. I doubt their e-commerce process would be good
