  This is not about me but about my 16 year old brother.
  So the story goes like I have a 16 yr old brother who has a crazy girlfriend ( she is getting therapy)
  She is blackmailing my brother to be with her even besides the fact that he doesn’t want to.
  When confronted she even states that he is the one who is behind her and not the other way around which is not true.
  What can we do legally to stop her and from saving him from any future false allegations from her side.

  Just cut off all contact. Communicate only by text and voice chat and not by calls. Save all these as evidences. If she alleges that he is the one behind her then text her that you will ensure that he will not contact her and she do the same.
  
  Honestly, the information available to you is coming primarily from your brother. I wouldn’t trust it blindly either. It is very much possible that this is a mutually toxic relationship and that your brother is as guilty as the girl.

      Toxicity was always there. It isn’t a GenZ thing. Publicising toxicity is a GenZ thing though.

    If you read a bit, OP said the girl is blackmailing the guy, forcing him to stay in the relationship, and also says otherwise when asked. The guy is stuck. I’d def say the girl is crazy regardless of the therapy thing was mentioned or not.

  If your brother under 18 his parents or you in a case can make a decision on his behalf as he is a minor. You guys can send that girls parents a notice to stop the things between them and that would be best.
