I am taking a 2 month old pupply in a bus to my place and the conductor said that I will have to pay double ticket because she has four legs I studied legally and found out that he cannot charge anything; my mummy already gave double the money these looters, scums completely low life people. What can I do?

Should’ve said they are 1/10 th a normal leg size so 4*1/10, dog should be charged 4 percent of regular ticket.
