SI study in army public school janglot 12th…
From the first day of 1st pti teacher forces me to cut my hair I ignore him
1st day: I don’t cut hair
2nd day :i set my hair messy to side part
He still forces me to cut haircut but I don’t
3rd day : I still don’t cut hair he stop me from entering school and let me in after some minutes
4th day: I have to cut my hair
He blackmail me by saying
hat if I don’t cut my hair he won’t let me in in school
After cutting my hair: if feel very low confident insecure i cry hard after looking myself in mirror
I feel very ugly and insecure in short hair that I don’t go to gym because I feel very insucre in front of mirror
I feel exploited I don’t want to cut my hairs
can school forces me to cut my hair and to keep short hair ?
Can they stop me from entering school?

People here dont understand that rights arent absolute and are incidental to you following a certain duty too. If you dont follow your duty, your rights can be curtailed. Your duty is to maintain discipline at school. Discipline encompasses various facets, including discipline in appearance. If public schools allowed everyone to get their own hairstyles the uniformity that our education system aims to have at public schools shall be disturbed.
In public schools the rules are same for everyone. Its to enforce uniformity and prevent distinction/groupism between children. If children are allowed to dress and style as they like, the income and cultural disparity will soon reflect even in school, the only place we are expected to mingle with anyone irrespective of anything.

The same uniformity you expect from your school. To be treated the same as any other student. To be evaluated fairly with all students. To get equal chance in sitting in a classroom with other students.

We can express ourself in way we wantI agree. We are humans after all. And, as a matter of fact, humans are social animals. Society has certain set of rules to prevent everything from erupting into chaos. Certain rules that are enforced. Certain limits on human freedom. Infact, the concept of city states, if you read about them, was more or less the same. You agree to provide some of your rights to a certain person “(read the ruler) to protect you from harm from invaders. So youre not exactly free to express in any way you want. There are certain reasonable restrictions to your freedom.

I mean the people making this rule certainly do not agree with you. But if you think the rule is unfair, you can file a WP and take your chances.

SThe rule u r talking about is more doing senseless illogical things than good
and by keeping long hairs nothing will erupt into chaos
After all the earth will remain same
Every thing will continue as it was

The court will consider if your plea is correct or not.
>How to file it
You’ve to draft it either yourself or hire a lawyer. In the WP You’ve to say that your rights have been violated (You’ve to specify which FR) and hence the rule is illegal/unconstitutional.
Now before you do this though, You’ve to get something in written from your PT teacher or principal. Approach them stating your issue, with an application, wait for them to take whatever action they take, then file a WP in court.
Court will hear you and decide if your plea is valid or not.

It’s an application you file at the court if your fundamental rights are violated seeking some remedy. You can approach High court under article 226 and Supreme court under article 32.

PHaha OP feeling exploited when they only asked you verbally
In my times if we mistakenly have the spikes or something trendy our PT teacher beats our ass😂😂 that too in front of whole class and same for not cutting nails and wearing narrow trousers too, that’s what the real exploitation is why they stopped it i don’t know😂😂
For kids like you or like your mindset out there it should be legal to atleast some strict punishment ( thoda bahaut kootna to zarroi hai yar, parents kuch khtey nahi hai school m kuch seekhna nahi hai to kha se gyan aayega , badam khaney se akal nahi aati beta )once a while would make you learn rules-
SFirstly school Rules are not above law our school teacher have same mindset like u… ur mindset is same like pti teacher no logical thinking… Apna 60iq ka dimag to use krleta kuch likhne se phle
