Seeking Legal Advice: Ongoing Issues with Indiamart Order Fulfillment

Need legal advice regarding a frustrating situation with Indiamart.

I placed an order on February 13, and after making the payment, the seller promised to ship the items the next morning. However, communication from them has been nearly nonexistent, and after several follow-ups, my order was only shipped on February 24, reaching me on February 27.

Upon receiving the items, I found that one item was missing and several were damaged. I notified the seller immediately, and on February 28, they promised to ship the missing item. But by March 5, they informed me it was out of stock and would initiate a refund. Since then, I’ve received no updates, and my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.

I registered a complaint with Indiamart customer care, but there’s been no resolution.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or has advice on legal options I can pursue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Need more details as in regarding the dates related to each event of a transaction.
