Seeking someone who has changed their name by choice[not marriage]. There are at least 15 if not 30 doc/certificates, do I need to correct all of them? Other questions in body.

What documents can I keep as it is?
What documents do I need to correct?
What problem will I face if drop my 2nd name in new name.
Are there any witness that I can hire, because I don’t want to take witness from friends/family.
There are some more questions, but I think I should first wait for these to be answered.
