2) what is considered excessive force.
3) what if someone hits me and I hit them back but they keep coming back to hit me if I accidentally cause permanent damage is it illegal or self defense?
4) does self defense have a penalty?
5)can I request security footage?
6)if security footage is not provided is it illegal? -

You must have read that there are seven offences wherein you can cause death jn self defense-

January 21, 2025 at 10:44 amOk I have one last question somewhere in there I read that if I have enough time to inform the authorities then I would be held liable for the damages does that extend to a gut feeling/threat given by the other person but no action has been taking to harm or injure me so is it absolutely necessary to inform the authorities now or can a loophole be exploited, and by tht I mean could it be argued that it is infact not my fault(I’m sorry if that’s hard to read)-

Anyway, yes you do have to inform the authorities if no harm has been caused and you have time for legal recourse
