  Ik sounds absurd question but if I sell some pirated foreigner course on telegram to people ( like graphic design , editing or any other ) ….could there be any legal issue that can arise from it ? Also , there are thousands of people on telegram which are literally selling indian creator course on telegram and no action is taken against them . Do they make the account and channel with foreign number or anything?

  Just register yourself with nearest police station, regarding your work and get NOC.
  Then you will be fine.
