Serious advise required

Hi All

My dad recently passed away a month ago
He did a second marriage (NoKids from her)
But their marriage is registered but the certificate is null and void due to fake information provided while getting the certificate

Now that lady is trying very hard to get some property and is also going to my dads business partner to transfer my dads share to her name.

Note – Second marriage happened some 15 years ago

Please advise of do’s and don’t and what should we do and is she liable for any inheritance

Please provide full details. Did your father divorce your mother(First Marriage) before marrying the other woman?

Was your father living with his second wife at the
time of his death?

Hi,
No he did not divorce my brother ever
No he was living with us and never stayed a night at hers.

Going to need more details. Why was the 2nd marriage void, and did your father divorce your mother?

No he did not divorce my mother
Afaik second marriage is null and void until the first wife is divorced or has passed away
