I was sexting with a European girl who I came across on an online forum. (the number does confirm she is in Europe). We have chatted for almost 8 months and I even ordered many personal items for her as I grew close to her. She even sent me nudes without me asking. She followed me on Insta and we have chatted a lot.

What turned out was a shocker to me as the girl was a minor of 16. Now yesterday, when I refused to order her something, she threatened of filing a police complaint by informing her father and has blocked me everywhere.

Now I am getting scared. What should I do?!

Question. Did you anywhere at all ask how old she is? Did you meet her on an app which only allows 18+? If no, then yes you maybe held accountable.

That being said, sounds a lot like scam especially in the age of eSim cards.

In all honesty, if you met her on an app which is for all age groups, knowing the age of the girl is on you.

1. Police complaint for what ? Voluntarily sending nudes ? Consent can range from 14 to 18 years of age in Europe.
2. Police complaint where ? In India or Europe ? If she is thinking she will file complaint in India, she will have to pursue it personally and be present at relevant police station etc.
