I shared some nudes and did sexting with a girl , when I turned 18 i stopped and blocked her , now she told this to my sister which is younger than me , she saying she will get me beaten by her some friends and will file a case what should I do ? I don’t want this things goes to my parents . She was in my school, nothing physical ever happend.

NAL but I don’t think Adults are convicted for mistakes that they did while being minor.

Biggest and most unfortunate example is Nirbhaya Case where one scoundrel was not hanged because he was minor when he committed the crime.

And one convict which was like around 18 or 19 got hanged and he was just 1 or 2 years older than him lol, and that guy got freed

IIRC, minor guys also get charged under pocso act and rape laws because the age of perpetrator isn’t mentioned in the act. I remember my friend was 17 and his girlfriend was 16 when the girlfriend’s parents charged case under pocso and rape against him. He did get Acquited later but the humiliation was the worst he went through along with the fact that he missed his boards out because the police took him into custody then

Talk with her and sort this out. Besides I don’t think she will get you beaten by her friends.

First – She will be reluctant to share this with her friends

Second – What she is saying is that she will get you beaten up is illegal and will land her and her friends in trouble.

So just try to talk her out of it.

But I am not sure if she will tell your parents or not.
