Shop Kicks out customers, Is it allowed

A shop in South Goa, Marisons branch in Navilim, me and some two friends were just shopping some drinks because summer and dehydration, we took a little longer like 10 minutes to choose stuff to buy maybe a little less then 10 minutes

right as we were gonna bill stuff some guy not the owner comes to us grab whatever we picked and AND USED FORCE TO PUSH HIM PUT of the shop like force enough to knock back someone

I want to know if it’s allowed to use force to deny service for this arbitrary reason?
We were nowhere near closing time and and we didn’t cause any disturbance at all

Goan locals have lost it. They only want our money, not us. I stopped going to Goa years back. I really don’t know why you still go there. They don’t want you, their taxi mafia make travel horrible, etc etc etc. Don’t go and give them your money when they disrespect you like that. Besides, Goa has gotten unnecessarily expensive. It is far cheaper to travel even to destinations like Thailand/Vietnam/Cambodia/Andaman/etc.

There is certainly no taxi mafia where I stay. And locals are not unnecessarily rude where I stay. There is nothing to generalize. Either Goa learns how to treat tourists or you stop getting them. Simple and straightforward. Go to any Goa related travel forum if you think I’m exaggerating!

Wherever I stay is not a destination where locals beg for tourists. Goa is such a destination, except the locals in Goa have forgotten where their money comes from. It’s a good thing only foreigners come to Goa here on. You can sell half-litre bottles of water all day. That’s the only business you deserve, while listening to janitors from the west acting superior to you all day. In the meanwhile, those with money will go give elsewhere, to places that know how to respect us.

I think a private store can deny you service- well within their rights (i think they can’t on the basis of solely religious or caste).

But you can get them on “FORCE” part

I wanna know if anything can be done about it, looked for there reviews and everyone just had bad experience with the staff some getting shamed for eating veg only
but pushing someone out by force something needs to be done about that guy

Don’t buy liquor from stores in Goa, fkers sell knockoffs with 50% discount.

Even if you are frustrated you can’t use force . If I don’t like your comment I can’t just use force on you . I can express using words but not force

Na I asked around looked at reviews and all, the shop just has a reputation to be bad like that with everyone they just hate kids and teenagers
