March 29, 2025 at 6:12 amI own a cb 350 . So my free service are over now paid service will start .I just want to know what if I file law suit against honda service center for not selling parts over the counter, and everytime I visit there, they say it limited stock so we can’t sell it, but they are ready to install in bike if I service from there, so they are kind of creating monopoly over their parts. Back then I remember maruti was doing same not selling parts directly to customer and the person who filled law suit against maruti won the case and received huge compensation and maruti started selling their parts to customer at service centre. I am mumbai and generally how much time consumer court takes to settle this kind of cases. -
