Im a student and I havent paid last emi and now the agents are threatening to visit my old address. Can they do this?

they cannot as per rbi guidelines, if they reach, you can file a case with Banking ombudsman.

Why are you delaying the EMI?. Surely you were aware that loan availed has to be returned on time.
