Uso i review bombed that company there ratings went from 4.9 to 3.6 all previous ratings were of their employees but now its 4.1 my friend got scared and deleted his reviews
they have replied below my review –>Don’t worry, We know who you guys are, All of you and your institutions will get a legal notice soon, under Indian penal code (IPC) 499 and 500
how to deal with that situation i am very sad and depressed now companies are not even coming
these are reviews:-
review 1- really terrible experience with this company not recommended even in dreams just save yourself even if u have to do anything but dont intersect your ways with them
review 2- Total scammers , conduct fake hirings wasted months of time , I missed lots of opportunities because of them
They operate in chambers like fishy scam call centre just visit their site
They make websites and wouldn’t able to make their ownreview 3 -I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct displayed by your company. After engaging in extensive discussions regarding your services, it is shocking to see the abrupt lack of communication and the denial of any association when follow-up inquiries were made.
Such kind of behavior leaves a bad perception against the credibility and integrity of the organization. In professional relationships, trust, transparency, and accountability are built together, none of which has occurred in this matter. Such malpractices also harm the customer experience and dilute the excellence of the industries.
I urge your team to take this issue seriously and think about the value of having a consistent and respectful communication flow with clients. Not taking responsibility or denying discussions beforehand is completely unacceptable and does not align with the values of a respectable business.
I hope that your company takes corrective measures so that such things do not happen again in the future because such an approach is damaging to your reputation and trust of the clients.

Don’t worry because IPC isn’t valid now anyway. Been months since the central government introduced, approved and enforced the new BNS laws. The fact that this company didn’t even know this much tells how dumb their legal team is (or whoever replied to the review).
Coming to whether you should review bomb more, i think you shouldn’t. You have done what you wanted. Now out efforts in finding new workplaces.

UShe truth is exception to defamation if you have material by which you can prove that what you are saying is true then you need not worry a lot also don’t worry about legal notice it is usually to threaten if they file a case then you have to start worry they might be right about the part with regards to Indian Penal Code where you might be spoiling their reputation so if you have proof with regards to something then I would suggest that you write those reviews and also you can write in my opinion before every review which is also a defense to defamation as far as I know but you will have to check if you came through anything

CDon’t you have better things to do? These things happen sometimes. You would have taken a different job even after acceptance, if that job offered more money. Your tantrums demonstrate that you are immature.
You are also destroying the value of reviews. If everybody with a grouse did this, nobody would take reviews seriously. You harm others by your anti-social behavior.
No wonder, we lack civic sense and civility.

UEven after asking multiple times they haven’t said anything, i missed 1 hr round because of them and 1 more offcampus opportunity as date was passed
This company was offering 15 lpa , 1 month got wasted not able to apply for any company due to clg policy now companies are not coming
I am doing wt they deserve
