February 9, 2025 at 1:23 pmHey everyone,I sold my bike around 1 year and 6 months ago and got the sale letter signed by the buyer. However, I just realized that the buyer still hasn’t transferred the bike into his name. This is concerning because, as per records, the vehicle is still registered under my name, which means I could be held liable for any legal or financial issues related to it.
I’m looking for advice on what steps I should take to protect myself.

February 9, 2025 at 1:26 pmNAL but you must inform police/RTO otherwise you might be liable. If you have written proof of sale and complaint letter it may come handy later.-
