Just a small tip: Always tape a paper on your laptop’s camera. I’m assuming you don’t have to join vcalls on Gmeet/Teams on regular basis. Whenever, you need that remove that and then again paste it when the work is done. Plus, go to settings and check which apps has camera access. Remove all the apps until and unless it’s super necessary. Let teh app always ask permission from you whenever it needs to access the camera. Even on phone, I did the same. You’ll find n number of apps where you’ve given microphone and camera access which is clearly not needed.
