Spicejet has done it again

I am done with Spicejet. My parents are travelling to Pune and have to stop at Bengaluru to meet our relatives for a day. Spicejet is delaying giving our baggage by providing random excuses. Now they have the flight tomorrow night and they managed today without bags but tomorrow is unacceptable. What can I do?
I never book Spicejet fyi, they got it done via an agent.

Register complaint with Airline and then with dgca.

Yeah, sorry. That luggage is gone. This is not EU where they pay you compensation. Nothing to get. If you complain to DGCA, they will ask for a response and keep quiet.
