FI was booked under ipc 354 a month ago, i am 22 she was around 35, i was travelling in a bus where i was standing next to a lady due to road conditions she got a jerk from me and she claimed i touch her inappropriately and she also got her self a witness (she just saw me standing )
I was beaten by her in bus, then police came took me to police station they logged and FIR i signed something then i was released midnight after 10 hours, i was told this is just notice after 20 days i got a call from police that about case
I was shocked because I didn’t know if this was a case I cooperated i was taken to DCP office I signed a bond that this won’t be repeated, they told me they will create chargesheet in 90 days so expect a call then you will go for court hearing!I just wanna end this without spoiling my records please help. Im super tense

Plz confirm thyself whether that bus has camera or not? If yes then try move application in court to preserve cctv footage of that date

FBus has camera but not working secondly, i have a negotiator with police so basically he does all the work which police does not want to be seen as doing. We asked him to share copy he said ruk chedo mat, agar NC hoga toh khatam ho jaiga im not sure if FIR is there nc is there because i went to dcp to sign bond, wishing nc ho fir na ho

QThere are some people (people call them psycho) who think that the lady has ruined their life from a flade case so let’s ruin her life completely so that she get what she did.
But you could do is there is possibility that there is a cctv in the bus hire a good lawyer and using that cctv win the case and make a case against her for making false case on you and for harrassment. -

Do not wait for the notice. Immediately hire a lawyer and try to find the copy of the FIR. The criminal case can be terminated at different stages before the complete trial. I suggest not to wait for that.

UIf it’s not a deliberate ploy to get money, but she mistakenly thought you as a harasser, I would not blame the woman but the millions of everyday men who grope or touch women inappropriately at any opportunity they get. If it is a ploy to get money, I would only blame criminal minded women like this lady, who are abusing laws to scam innocent men.

Better fight it out, prove your innocence, record the whole ordeal, post in social media, become famous and live a beautiful life. If there are video of you getting beaten, it’s even better.
But first try to settle outside court and make sure your name is cleared from everywhere even if you have to bribe the police.

PI’m so sorry you’re going through this. But as someone who had been suicidal because of my own family, I think it’s better to fight that bitch back than think these thoughts. I know it’s easier said than done at the time. But any day it’s better that records are spoiled and you win and let her be the one who’s suicidal. Not you! If you’ve done nothing wrong you absolutely do not deserve this! Take help from whosoever you can but do not let her win. Believe me life is precious. Do not waste it on such lowlives.

PHoly fuck man I can’t imagine you have been through stay strong man, although you shouldn’t have signed any off the papers until you have read it look there are many people who do real bad stuff and still get out there always a way out and in your Case you are innocent there would be a way out just gather resources! You should had video tapped everything
