My file filed divorce case.

I have not got the summons.

I have come to know from known person, later I have checked the ecourt.

I have found the case.

First hearing was on : 4th march
Next hearing on :26th marhc

We did not attend both the dates.

Now the status is shown as
Postponed to 9th may

Summons for disposal of suit [O. 5, R. 1, 5.]

What is this..Will court grant divorce without me

I will definitely attend court on 9th with lawyer.

It’s just summons to make you appear.

Is it not like they have been moving aggressively for completion?

It was just 2 times ..itvwas missed and the status is shown as disposal.
