March 28, 2025 at 12:08 pmIโm a foreigner and have been using Swiggy to order food etc, I pay with an international card which has no fees when paying in INR.The amount on the bill shown by Swiggy at times is different to what is charged to my card, I mean itโs not that much. At times just 10-20 rupees. But they simply wonโt refund and say itโs because Iโm using an international card.
I have placed several orders and maybe 10 out of 30 I have been charged some extra few rupees. But on the rest of the orders I have been charged the correct amount.
How can I escalate this, is this possible?

March 28, 2025 at 12:14 pmElaborate please. So you see a value on the swiggy app, say 100 bucks, for whatever you’re ordering.
You put in your bank/card details and it takes you to the bank’s payment page. Do you see 100 bucks or more than that? If it’s more than 100 bucks, then your bank is charging you a conversion fee -
