Swiggy instamart not giving my refund back

Hello, I am 19M (have taken drop for jee preparation)

So on 1st February 2025 I order a Ambrane charging cable along with packet of chips it was my first ever order on Swiggy instamart and I did transaction with CASH on arrival

After it came I checked it and it wasn’t working at all so I contacted swiggy instamart support they asked me to upload videos and photos I did that

And they offer me refund of 105rs, but the cable was 114rs (including handling fees) (1 lays chips costed me only 20rs in total an in bill)

I refused and said NO I need complete refund on that cable of rs 114rs they try so harding not to do that but eventually they increased the amount to 113rs

Then I got curious that what 1 difference will it make to them so I pointed that out in chats at it saying “btw it should be 114rs but I am okay with 113” (not the exact thing but similar)

Then swiggy instamart customer guy called me who I was having the chat, he explains me saying “sir there is a server side problem that putting a roundoff amount you won’t be able to get refund soon”

I laughed and said sir give me 114rs cause it was really funny for me, we both agreed on 114rs

But I have to fill a swiggy google form with account details to get money in my back account
“NEFT FORM” I filled that in 30 minutes

Then the delivery guy came to get the product back, I gave him he checked and returned….

Now it’s been past 72hrs mark (85 hrs and 22min) swiggy has blocked me from in app support chats and on Instagram they keep saying we will update soon

I have filed my complaint **NCH** via call given them the details such as order ID, date and Time

my Mother herself is is a working adv. but i don’t really wished to involve her but i cant take it anymore alone and have tell her

2 hrs ago i called **swiggy** somehow they told me to contact the bank i said i did then they instantly changed the response and said they haven’t initiated the process and will start NOW

while on call they said me to share my passbook transaction which i think i should to anyone random

if you have anything else which will be helpful pls tell

i also sent email to swiggy grievance team btw

Hi I am facing similar issue, i ordered on 2nd of February an electric kettle but it was found faulty and I also opted for cash on delivery. It’s 10th today and I still didn’t get my refund till date . It’s not less amount also 500 it is.

Hello, I still haven’t gotten the refund
It’s been more 7 days

I suggest you to if you keep using swiggy instamart they will give you an option for coupon

THE coupon amount can be more than 100 (start with bigger number 300 or more) from the actual amount you paid

But I will suggest, take those mf to court

THE mental harassment they crossing will result to alot more than that 100rs coupon. ALOT.
