March 21, 2025 at 6:54 amMy father gave his flat in patna to a tenant who first claimed to be from WHO later on he claimed to have joined Police Services , there were lot of inconsistencies in his payment and currently there’s a back log of 5 months , the security was already deducted by my father and current he has stopped his garbage disposal . The tenant has reportedly didn’t paid anything for building maintainence after living here for 4 months. I tried lodging a complaint in my local police station but they refused to take any action ( citing that they can’t because he is one of his own ) . We have a formal rental agreement with him which will expire on November of this month. The major problem is that I think he is an imposter because he has changed his stance many times first claiming to be working under central government police forcr later on claiming to be from Bihar police force ; his family has agreed that he has informal working hours and stuff . I dunno what to do . Please help. -
