UDear esteemed lawyer and members, I am forever grateful to you and bar association community for what you are doing for my father in law in Pushkar/Ajmer.
My father in law who was a fearless advocate was brutally tortured and killed by local goons who belongs to a local MLA community near our home infront of a liquor shop.
The goons are arrested, atleast from what police is telling us. But
1) This liquor shop was operating till day before yesterday. My father in law has been trying his best to get this closed due to its illegal operations but the owner is connected and rich. Seems like he/his salesmen was also involved in provoking these goons.
2) He was filming the activities at night on his phone, his phone is lost and still not captured. It has crucial evidence.
3) No action against the policemen who were not responding at the night of arrest and who delayed arrest due to apparent political pressure.
4) Not a single word from government.
We are not politicising the movement, hence would request you to give maximum reach about the incident in your respective bar association, lawyers’ community and request your solidarity for your fellow advocate. He was a good father, lawyer, and a man, my father-in-law – Purushottam Jakhetia 😔

UI am sorry , and I know it might be hard but nothing will happen in this country, it’s filled with corrupt people.
