SWe belong to very poor family. My father do a guard job. Recently, the man who gives salary beated my father(almost killed) just because he took holiday for my mains exam. He is pissed right now because he didn’t hear him and his ego got hurt. He also snatched the phone. He gave threat that he will beat again from house. We live in very village type area. He isn’t giving the phone and still asking him to come to job.
The family is in tension right now. Being a boy of 17 yrs it is just hurting me that someone put their hands on my father. It is killing me from inside. Idk what to do. Everything was going alright now this. My family is scared right now. Please tell me What should I do? I have taken drop I haven’t studied anything from two days.I have posted on behalf of u/ plastichoneydew5147 as he doesn’t have enough karna to post here. Kindly advice him 🙏

SThere is no justice for the poor. Practical advice, take the loss and use it to motivate yourself to get out of the place you are. Achieve something in life and make your parents proud. Not all battles are meant to be fought.

BDon’t file an fir he’ll easily bribe the cops and get out within few hours, keep that anger, ego within yourself work hard get better. No rich guy would like to see poor people succeeding in life so keep it within yourself and use it to succeed. This is what I do because poor people won’t get justice. Never ever think about revenge it might ruin your entire family’s hardwork in few minutes

UAsk your father to quit. I have some suggestions, all legal but can’t be shared openly. But, if your father almost got killed, i would say, meet your local MLA or panchayat head and go to the cops along with several members of the village and the MLAs support.
It will not be easy to meet him but go to the nearest party office and ask his/her appointment.

NPlease ask him to quit that job. It is not healthy for your father. Fuel up yourself brother.
For earning – I am sure he can get a guard job or something similar somewhere else.
For security – do you have friends in your village? Can you discuss this matter with panchayat or in your close circle and stand even a bit against those goons? In a non violent way obviously.

SQuit the job. Forget the phone. This will hurt u and u will be anguished and frustrated for years. We can’t simply ignore and forget the insults to those who we respect from our childhood. Its destroys something in our life.
But it’s time for adulthood. Don’t listen to others and try to file FIR. It will just waste ur time and cost money.
Just make him quit the job and find another.

RAn advocate here. Hi brother. Listen. The world is cruel. You may approach your local court for the same and only seek your father and his family to be protected and his phone should be given back to him. Rest don’t ask for punishment or anything but do explain everything in your petition from starting to the end. Ask your father not to go back to that job. And maybe help your father in some small business maybe a chai shop or something. Also. Study my friend, you could reach heights and help people like you. Which city are you from anyway?

PI am really 😭 sad 😢 not only after reading your post but more sad after reading the comments suggestions {most of it} if that is the condition of our country why does even this country exist.
The people are more feared to the gov. Or police then that rich f.#@# I don’t know if this is the condition of our people who are fighting against injustice {including lawyer} then why does even this system exist.

now take 5 to 6 adult men and get back your father’s phone if he disagrees then show the location of phone on find deviceif he still doesn’t agrees take police with you
and study and get out of this hell
