Is it legit ? We get legal action for a clipping from a whole debate ?

If the video that you post does not defame the person in it, you should be okay. Otherwise, yes there is a procedure for legal action against you for spreading hatred or violence

Bro, they’re right.
They probably have solid proof, so next time be a bit careful before posting something. Think it through because legal trouble for a clip is not worth it.
