UHello everyone, i 21f used to teach this kid ( he’s in 7th class) i quoted for the bare minimum 3k per month for 25 classes, as his exams were approaching his father asked me to teach him extra, sometimes in person sometimes in video call, i clearly told him that I’ll charge extra for this and he was ok with that . but when I told him to pay me he started to act weirdly , he made false claims saying that I’m mentally harrassing his child, said that I was abusing him ( I’ve all the call recordings and text messages) and yesterday he said ” tu janti nahi hai kon hu m, kis position pe baithta hu , ab tu dekh tujhpe jab lgega na POCSO act fizul m jail jaake manegi” , he’s infamous for not paying his employees as well, he did that same thing to my friend as well, what should I do in this situation.

Anyway, he is an idiot. Also, a couple lessons from this incident, when working for a business, or tutoring, keep some paper trail like invoices, payment records etc, and more importantly, don’t work for shady people, you are giving them more power and wealth in terms of your time/effort.

QTake a elder family member or someone else known to you along with you and talk to the father politely like uncle hum bhi aapke bache Jesse hai jessa aapko deek lage de dijiye aage se me itne me hi pada dongi take whatever maximum you can from him and don’t teach the kid anymore â forget this as a bad experience

CBe a little proactive and file a complaint before the police starting that this man is not paying you and harassing you by threatening to implicate you in false cases when you are demanding payment.
POCSO is a strict legislation, and I don’t think any offence is attracted in what you have stated, so no cause to worry. -

Tell him you put pocso & I’ll put a sexual assault case for the time you did so & so to me under the garb of work. Then we either go to trial & spend on lawyers or we settle up, both lawyer & settlement will be more expensive than what you owe me.

MWhen you knew everything why did you accept to teach his kid?? Keep all the recordings & play uno reverse on him. Tell him I will put harassment case on you !!
