Can a daughter M sell the land of her father without any documents in her name in 1969 ? Also the plaintiff claims to have lost the original registered sale deed but relying on certified copy that lacks any thumb impression or signatures of both parties and witnesses. The plaintiff name P is present as tenant and not owner from 1969 ( claimed purchase ) until 1994 while the land remained in name of deceased father of seller M until 2018 in RTC’s and government record. Currently the seller (M) predecessor is in possession from 55 years. The seller’s (M) grandson’s and legal heirs claim that the land was never sold to the buyer’s (P) . Plaintif (P)never got khatha changed or land mutated to their name till date from 1969. All they have is an EC and certified copy of sale deed and is claiming M sold the land while not a single document is in M’s name . RTC , EC , MR and every other document are in M’s father name and now in M’s grandson name . Purchaser P also died in 1994 and the suit was initiated by P’s grandchildren in 2018 .

I have seen this so often in Karnataka and Telangana Land matters because the property rates have shot up. Last day i did a case against the Lake view tourism Corp. seeking acquisition of 70 Acres on the Yelahanka NH. Your case is contestable but avoid takin any suggestions unless you have shown the papers to someone and made a clear layout of the claims by either parties.

How is anyone supposed to tell you what will happen unless they have gone through the exhibits produced before the court?

This is the exact situation. Based on it, is the sale in 1969 valid or not is the main issue
