To anyone who has filed complaint against amazon/myntra/flipkart, how do I file a case against amazon?

So I have made an account on e jagriti, and I have no clue how to proceed,
Basically I ordered some goods from amazon, and then returned it, they picked up

And then my package was lost in transit and they are saying that I had returned wrong product, so exactly what category should I choose and what sub category should I choose?

There are many categories like
Textiles
Agency services
Consumer
Consumer durables
Courier and cargo
Defective goods
Digital payment modes
E-commerce
Others
Household goods
Packers and movers
Service deficiency
Unfair trade

And many more, so what category should I choose?

Hey you need to select e commerce and select amazon and explain the issue, btw amazon will refund you dont worry same happened i requested for product pics i sent for investigation along with the prpduct they received and yestersay they asked for bank details to process refund so just file it nornally

So you mean, the same happened to you, in my case the customer care executive directly said that they can’t provide refund because I returned wrong product

Yes same, went ahead and raised a chargeback and a complaint, after a week got a mail saying failed refund ( guess since i raised chargeback) went to cs and filled a bank account details, got a mail saying your refund will be processed to your bank with in 5 days
