Toxic Manager at Subex company

Hi all,

My cousin is at a good position in subex company,
But since the company doesnt have much clients and multiple managers , a particular manager Pranav Kumar (QA manager) bootlicking guy is torturing my sister to come to office daily and in multiple ways . She has two kids while most of the ppl n her company wfh this guy forces her to come and sit in ofc and he does not assign any work as well. Due to the unbearble torture my sister has resigned but we want to take action on subex and this guy .please
Provide suggesions dont mind dragging him
To court as well for the mental harrasment and make sure he suffers :

She should consult a lawyer to discuss her complaint, evidence, and willingness to foot the costs for litigation.
