        Hello everyone,

Yesterday, I completed the registration process for a resale property. However, I noticed a typo भांठेपर in the village name on the registration receipt and Index 2. The name should be भोपर (Bhopar), but it has been misspelled.

I have verified that the village name is correct in all other related documents.

        My question is:

Is this typo a significant issue that requires correction?

Or is it something that can be ignored without causing any problems in the future?

Would appreciate advice or guidance from anyone who has experienced a similar situation or has knowledge in this area

        Thank you in advance!

I consulted a person who does property registrations, he told the font is set at the government level due to which there is typo

Any rectification whether minor or major, should be done within the required time to avoid any unfavorable circumstances.
