March 26, 2025 at 5:58 amHi,
I need legal advice on discontinuing college without paying the bond fee of 10 lakhs. I started pursuing my M.B.B.S degree back in 2018 and stopped going to college in 2020 since my family was unable to pay the fees due to financial turmoil. I joined my college under Telugu minority quota and my certificates are stuck with them for me to pursue another degree. Is there a loophole around not paying for the bond fee because the entire course of the degree I’m about to join is 1/10 of the bond fee. How can I pay for the bond and again join the college too. I’m stuck in a very tricky situation and i don’t know what to do. Before asking me to continue my MBBS degree there’s still 4 years left and the fees is way to high I can’t even get a education loan without collateral so that option is crossed out. Please let me know how I can steer around this bond fee. Thank you. -

March 26, 2025 at 6:19 amIt wouldn’t be that easy since I’m already enrolled in a college joining another college is pretty sure not legal.

You can file a writ petition for the certificate. Because no one can hold your certificate even if the fee is not paid.-
