Unable to re-construct old house because of protected monument

Hi, I live in South Delhi in a house that lies within 100 meters of a protected monument, due to which all kinds of reconstruction activities are prohibited. The naksha gets automatically rejected on the portal. There is a live court case also (ASI vs RWA), but till now no verdict has been presented. We’ve been wanting to reconstruct the house since a long time now, but can’t find any way out. Seeking for advice or suggestion from people who have dealt with a similar case. Thanks
