Unable to repay my credit card bill

It been 3 months since I haven’t paid my credit card bill due to some financial issues. I took 50k and it’s now around 58k. They are calling my parents and informing that i took loan. But I haven’t given my parents number to icici bank. Idk how they got both of my parents number. How will not able to repay this loan now. I am in bad financial state. Can anyone provide me any idea.

Inform your parents and get loan amount clear.
If 50k is something you won’t be able to pay, then contact credit card team of icici and inform about your situation and get a favourable deal for you.
