I recently gave my Semester 5th 3 year LLB course exam and attempted the whole paper properly. However, my college principal at Parvatibai Jondhale Women’s Law College, Dombivli, Maharashtra, has given me a KT (fail) with an absurdly low score—18/75—which seems impossible.

This isn’t the first time it has happened. In my second-year exams, I faced the same issue in Land Law and TOPA. When I approached the management, the person handling it blatantly asked me to pay ₹10,000 per subject to “fix” my marks.

I come from a poor background and lost my father last year in August, so I cannot afford such bribes. To make matters worse:

Our principal, who is extremely old, teaches all the subjects and struggles to recognize students.

Most of the professors are just seniors who have barely passed the exam themselves.

There are no proper lectures, making it difficult for students to learn properly.

I feel completely helpless. Should I file a complaint with the Bar Council of India or some other authority? Or is there another way to fight this? I don’t want to stay silent about this corruption, but I also don’t want to risk my future.

Well, As much I have seen (and been through) colleges operate like mafia. There is little you can do about it + they can do anything to ruin your life. The blatant demand for money clearly shows he has protecting hands and 10000 share will travel through top. unfortunately there is no elegant outcome for this situation.

You can go crazy and approach all the available options like Police, social media, writing to [https://pgportal.gov.in/](https://pgportal.gov.in/) but remember. You’ll be cornered for rest of your year.

But so far with my limited understanding, I’ll definately write to CPGRRAMS portal.

The lectures for my law course are not conducted at Parvatibai Jondhale Women’s Law College. Instead, they take place at SH Jondhale Polytechnic College in Dombivli, near the railway station. This is because the law college has poor construction, making it unsafe for students. Additionally, the college is located on the Panvel-Badlapur highway, where transportation is not easily available, and there is no proper securities

Is it a government college. There is also provision of getting your answer sheet through RTI. Get that and see if they have done bad checking and missed anything. With answer sheet you would have proof as well to make your case
