My eldest sister is caught up in a loan scams. Her ex bf few years back logged in different loan apps and took a lot of money and broke up with her. She is paying the emi of those via her salary and barely having any for herself. She recently confronted to us and now we want to take a legal action or anything which will help. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHERE TO GO TO COMPLAIN AND WHAT WE CAN DO!

Incase you’re also residing with her, you can help her file a police complaint against him, to begin with. Not sure if she’ll be ready to deal with all that alone. The fact that she’s been entertaining it for years might be a hurdle in establishing that he actually committing a fraud, but if you must take action, go all guns blazing!

We don’t have any id proof of him. I asked my sister but she said I don’t have.

File police in the nearest police station and file complaint to rbi/loan vending bank
