UIssue with a solar vendor
During Covid, we installed a solar offline setup. The vendor, a guy called Praveen (his firm is called Donnex Plus) assured us that our electricity bill would come down to zero. Of course, minimum charges would still apply.
Its been 3 years now, and he just ignores calls. He assured that he would maintain the batteries, but hasn’t turned up in a year. His firm is not listed on Google maps as well. This guy doesn’t even know his work properly. Earthing was not done correctly. Another electrician had to show him his issues.
At my wits end. After spending close to 6 lakhs.Still paying electricity bills as well.
What recourse do I have?
