I am a British Pakistani married to an Indian who resides with me in the UK. My family origin is from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and my husband is from Indian Occupied Kashmir.
What are the chances of me getting a visa to live in Jammu and Kashmir- my MIL is there.
I have a Pakistani NICOP card which says ‘Azad Jammu and Kashmir’ on it issued by Pakistan.

You will have to apply for the regular tourist (T) visa. You are ineligible for eVisa, so will need to apply for regular visa.

I genuinely hope you don’t get the visa… please learn to respect sensitive and important issues prior to visiting a country and the most important thing is to respect the territorial integrity and boundaries of a country… it is the territory of Jammu and Kashmir not Indian occupied Kashmir…

It’s called needling. It’s just a method of giving a headache…they act according to the command given by their operators.

Since you are seeking advice in India forum, let me state that

Your Visa should be rejected everytime for saying “Indian Occupied Kashmir”
