I wanna do mbbs russia as said in the title but a few months back I got in a bit of fiasco and I currently am in a legal case. Went to jail but got bailed in 2 days and rn even the charge sheet is not filed. I wanna go study mbbs in russia the process will start arround sept-oct. What do I do what options do I have ?

I mean if I have court case registered against me i have an fir and got bailed out then shouldn’t charge sheet be a mandate ? Still we’ll try and talk to da popo

I think original comment meant that bribe the pops to make chargesheet sooner with minimal charges so that there will be no severe punishment and you can proceed with your mbbs plan

You have to give money to another party for settlement as the case is filed on you and you are on the downside here they will demand more so be careful how much they are demanding

Was that an NDPS case for drugs? My cousin was smoking weed last year during election time and was caught by police and an FIR was filed. Same scenario like you, he was in Jail for a few days, bail hua and now he’s carrying on with his normal student life.
Chargesheet not yet filed and there’s nothing he can do yet.
I was told by the police to get a good lawyer and try getting the case closed with a verdict as ‘not-guilty’.
The lawyer has told us to wait until the chargesheet is filed but I don’t think the police will even bother filing it for such a minor issue. Consult with a lawyer and get his opinion.
