UPOSTING THIS ON SOMEONE ELSE’S BEHALF!!
So the above mentioned person met a guy through bumble. They talked for some months and some days ago the guy called her into his house. She went there as they were good friends already. There he offered her some drinks, she rejected many times but he forced her to drink. So she did. And after that he raped her. She was too scared to do anything. She lives in a pg in Delhi and is a student in Delhi University. Legal action cannot be taken as she can’t let her family to get involved otherwise she will be called back home and would be forced to quit studies which she can’t do. Also if the boy comes to know that she is doing such a thing, he can do something bad to her as he is delhi local and knows her pg address. The boy is 23 and an advocate. Need serious help from anyone in any way. Please contact if you or someone you know can help us in this matter. Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.She has a sister who can help her out as her guardian but parents can’t be involved.

SI think if an advocate is doing this crime then he must have explored all remedies already to save him from this, your friend must approach a good criminal lawyer

SYour identity will be protected in the media and in court documents, but you will have to turn up at court proceedings, get medical tests, and also show up at police station.
If he’s an advocate then he knows how fucked he is.

LSee most probably she has to change her address n number cz he may cause trouble to her afterwards as well. But if he is like psycho he may even follow to her college as well. If you have good proof of rape then you can confront his family if he is from a fine family. Generally people are scared af from getting arrested and interogated by police.

UThere are various woman organisations that will surely help. You mentioned that she is in DU, there is a woman department in DU. They will help too

UGet in touch with an ngo, they will help you get. A good lawyer. Make sure you screw the 23 wannabe lawyer well

UI don’t think you can file a case anonymously. Someone will correct me if I am wrong.
This is not related to your case, but there is already a tsunami of false cases, so if anonymity is allowed, the system will come to a grinding halt.
