  Ordered the burger from Zomato, talked about this to their customer service, we got a coupon of the same value as the order but I’m worried sick about my little sister and my mother who ate the burger. The nails even ended up inside my mother’s mouth. Horrible experience which plays with the consumer’s health. Checked the reviews of the restaurant and apparently they have a knack for being unhygienic. Anything we can do to make sure this never happens again?

  ADVOCATE HERE. Get a medical examination done. If something wrong comes up, you can file complaints before Police, Consumer Commission, FSSAI, MCD, and a couple of others. Ultimately, this restaurant may even be taken down. Commercially unhygienic is intolerable.
