sounds like a home’s reaction for something.
If a person is monitoring you for no reason that’s a punishable offence bcs your privacy is violated and article 21 as well Right to live with dignity. This violation will be under stalking a person section 354 D of the ipc. And this will be considered as psychology abuse.
If you are banned to follow or do things using threats this is criminal intimation and if your beaten this is voluntarily causing harm which is offence in india
