What are the laws in india regarding indian minor

I have question just out of curiosity, so like in the west there are laws like you can’t date a minor who is below 18 for both guys and girls but india has legal age for male 21 to marry , so can a girl who is 18 year can be used dating a same age guy?
Sorry if this question came out as ignorant I don’t know much about law and was just curious

Are you asking can a 18 year old girl date 18 year old boy?

Yes, she can date him.

Just do a cross check on the year of birth.

The age of consent is not the same as the age for marriage. You can consent to a physical relationship post 18 as a man but you cannot marry till you’re 21. For women both are same i.e. 18

Misogyny mostly but men want wives younger than them. So a 18 year old will want someone younger and that’ll be child marriage.
