February 27, 2025 at 1:01 pmSo a very close friend is in a senior position at a tech agency. The situation is that heβs not been paid since Novemberβ24, the employer has made three payments since then amounting to 70k (20+25+25). The amount they still owe is quite a lot.
Now everyone in the agency has realised that things are going south but no one is ready to take a stand. So this guy put his foot down and has informed the management that he will not work unless the dues are cleared. Now the HR has put him on forced unpaid leave.Looking for some legal advice on how to proceed if things get ugly.

February 27, 2025 at 1:42 pmSend in your resignation and demand all dues to be paid. I donβt think such a company is worth staying at any longer.After that you will need to send legal notice and file case for your dues in court.
