On March 12th my mobile has been attacked by my negligence and an unauthorized transaction has happened through my credit card application of ₹1,50,502 which I have immediately reported to bank officials and lodged a case in cyber crime portal. Upon banks internal investigation the bank has labelled it a authorized transaction and asked me to pay the sum total.

Can some one help me out on what should I be doing next toaget a fair resolution.

I was a bit negligent and downloaded an apk file through which my mobile got hacked.
